Breakfast and lunch will be provided at no cost for all students at Seattle Public Schools for the upcoming 2021-22 school year. This includes your Roxhill Roxstar.
Even though meals are free, it’s still important that eligible families apply for the Free and Reduced Price Meals (FRPM) program because it can qualify your child and family for other free and reduced programs and services.
For example, device distribution (laptops, IPads) for all students requires a $25 usage fee. But that fee could be waived for some students eligible for the FRPM program.
In addition, FRPM-approved students may be eligible to receive reduced fees for these programs:
Event fees
Field trips
Advanced Placement tests
Running Start books
ASB Fees
Pre-college exams
College application fees
